Juan Carlos you and your family are magicians! The experience with you and my fellow guests - unforgettable and the mole chicken dish was 💯💯💯 would 10/10 recommend to all American guests visiting Mexico City like my husband and I were. Great experience, highly recommend for anyone looking to get the xochimilco canal experience. Juan Carlos met us at the designated spot, even provided detailed instructions and a text to show to our driver in case we did not speak English in order to get us to the correct meeting spot. He sent a photo to ensure we would find him at the correct spot and gave us accurate time estimates. He also provided some history about the canals, and allowed extra time for restroom and axolotl stops. We had a lot of fun with all the other groups on the tour, and had great food, good drinking games, and a wonderful time!! Juan Carlos' experience was amazing from beginning to end! Not only was he thorough with directions to have us get there quickly and safely, but his storytelling and all of the personal touches made this day 10/10. Not only did we have a great time, but he left lots of room for questions during the ride. He even had a drone and was able to capture photos and videos of us and sent them right away! Juan Carlos and his assistant did a really great job of explaining the history of Xochimilco and allowing us to experience the old and the new. You definitely need to do this experience with Juan Carlos, he’ll make everything magical. From beginning to end everything was great. I need to say the highlight was the Mole that his wife made, it was exquisite.
